Friendly, helpful, and with a wide enough selection of inventory to stock the replacement snowshoe straps I was looking for, and even at a better than I could have hoped for price. I'd gone in thinking any local store couldn't possibly have such an obscure part, and left understanding why friends rave about their service. Thank you!

Good products, advice and exemplary service when I needed it. I feel I have no need to go anywhere for anything that is needed for my kayaking and feel when the time comes for an electric bicycle I won’t hesitate to go there.

Fast and affordable, got me an appointment for a tune up / inspection relatively fast with good service on the e-bike. Will recommend to others and will be a returning customer, especially due to how close it is to me.

Clayton and Ethan are the best! I was travelling through on my ride across Canada and they took my bike in, gave it a thorough cleaning, and inspection. Ethan gave my shifters a tweak to help reduce the pain in my hand and made some recommendations on adjusting them if the changes didn’t fully solve the problem. Then he tweaked my seat . After the drivetrain tuneup, Clayton gave me another great tip to even the pressure on my hands. Ethan even threw in a pair of used gloves he had to help with the pressure. I could have asked for a better team to care for my bike and get me in my way!

I have to say I have now dealt with Stream N Wood on a couple of occasions. They really are amazing and genuine. Today I had a bike rack installed and was given a total run through on how it all works. The prices are fair and the staff are always so friendly. Thanks to Ethan and the staff for once again going above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for bikes, kayaks and anything related. Well done!

Very professional and polite. They're willing to take in cafe ebikes which was a big plus for me. Did a great job getting new wheels on for me and were even willing to give me a discount for an issue with a previous job. Highly recommend for their services and plan to use their bike repair shop in the future.

Today I bought my second bike this year from Stream and wood. In February I bought a Giant bike for exercise. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Today I bought a Specialized E-bike. They took the time to explain everything, whilst Clayton was prepping the bike for me to take home, another gentleman, sorry I don’t know you name, talked me through the App and how to register the bike.
Clayton then put the bike in my car. I had injured my ankle. Ankle aside, I had to try the bike. Clayton on hearing my ankle was injured told me how to pedal whilst reducing the motion at my ankle.
It’s just say I am glad I bought the cycle helmet. I was glad there were no speed traps about.

I deal with Stream N Wood all the time. I have bought 3 bikes as well as many more items from them through out the years and I am very pleased with them all. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and they have been extremely helpful to me over the years. They offer a good variety of quality products and exceptionally good service.

I brought my daughter's bike in to have it assessed for what they felt the issues were with the brakes / gears. I was given a quote before any service was performed and I paid what I felt was more than fair for the service. I was texted updates, and the bike was ready exactly when I was told it would be.

Very pleased, and highly recommend.

Go here and ask for Austin if you’re looking for a new bike. He is the bees knees folks!

My partner and I went (with our busy toddler) to look for new bikes that had shocks for our rough Brandon roads and could pull a Thule chariot.

Austin was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient while we tried various bikes. He was not at all pushy and seemed to be genuinely honest about bike features vs price, etc. We really appreciated his help and efforts.

Can’t wait for our upcoming bike adventures!

Went to Stream N Wood to get a full downhill ski setup. I believe it was Clayton who helped me get all dialled in. Service was excellent and I’ll be returning in the summer to pick up a bike from these guys! Would highly recommend!

I traveled 220 kilometers from Winnipeg to Stream n Wood store in Brandon to purchase an OLD TOWN SPORTSMAN 106 kayak, and I had a fantastic shopping experience. Prior to visiting the store, I had been in communication with Clayton Heppner from the store via Facebook for a few days, and he was always prompt in answering my questions and providing recommendations. When I went to pick up my purchase today, Clayton warmly welcomed me and offered a very satisfactory discount. Additionally, he helped me load the kayak onto my car's roof. I am extremely grateful for his excellent service, and I highly recommend this store if you are looking for outdoor equipment.

First of all the address of the place is perfect to test your bike, the place is neat and really cool. I gave this a five star because, one day I had a flat tire and I went to their store to ask for the price to pump it but they just did it for free.

Literally cannot say enough good about this place. Fantastic group of people who go above and beyond on service. They love what they do and are passionate about the products they sell and stand behind their products. Every time I've dealt with them it's been an absolute joy, and if something wasn't right they made sure to make it right quickly and as hassle free as possible.

If you're an outdoors person and want to bike, kayak, ski, snowshoe, you name it, this is the place to get what you need. 6/5 stars.
