IN-STORE PURCHASES
Full refund for 14 days from purchase on regular priced items with tags attached and in original condition.
Any item purchased on sale is Final Sale.
Returns are not accepted on the following items: bicycles, special order items, next to skin items, or any item with a strong odor or animal hair.
Holiday Policy
Regular priced items with tags attached and in original condition purchased between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for a full refund or exchange until January 7th.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Full refund for 14 days from purchase on regular priced items with tags attached and in original condition.

Before returning the item in the mail please call 204-727-2767 or email sales@streamnwood.com to ensure that you are eligible to return your purchase. If you are eligible we will assign you a return authorization (RA) number.
There are no refunds for your original shipping cost and return shipping costs are the responsibly of the customer. In the event of an exchange for size, Stream N Wood will cover the shipping of the correct size back to you.
Returns must be packaged the same way as the original shipment was packaged. Packing must be sufficient and prevent any damage to the item(s) shipped.
